My journey started back when I was just another in-person trainer at commercial gym, clocking in long hours and watching the gym take most of what I earned. I knew there had to be a better way—so I bet on myself. I left the corporate grind, started my own training business, and within months I was pulling in $12K–$15K a month helping people transform their bodies and confidence.

But everything changed when one of my client’s transformations went viral. In a span of a month, 227 people joined my program and I scaled to $80K that month. That experience opened my eyes to what’s truly possible when you combine passion with systems—and it set me on a mission to help other coaches do the same.

As the fitness industry shifted, I pivoted too—mastering high-ticket sales, online marketing, and building a team that could support others doing what I once did WHILE our online fitness coaching company was doing $200,000 a MONTH!

Today, my company has helped over 150 fitness coaches scale from $10K months to $100K months—giving them the tools, team, and support I wish I had when I started. My mission is simple: help good coaches build great businesses and reclaim their time, income, and freedom in a world full of “business coaches” with BAD practice.
